a great stay
amazing roombathroom taphelpful reception
The room was amazing. I stayed in a junior suite with a view. there were a couple of little issues with the room like a burn mark on the desk from a previous resident's straighteners and the bathroom tap was loose. i reported these to reception soon after arrival, just so they knew it hadn't been caused by us. they were very helpful.

amazing stay on the quayside!
friendly valetnice touches
the valet service impressed me. the valets were friendly and they were informative. i found little touches, like two water bottles in the car, really nice. there was even a tin of mints for our journey. they really were really good. i reminded me of i was their only guest!
i noticed some room scuffs. there was also a table mark, but it was very slight.

the hotel uses whatsapp for communication, i think it's a great option. the reception staff provides assistance with luggage storage and transport arrangements. the team is generally attentive, friendly, and eager to help.

The room was very modern and clean. The staff was friendly. I found the location to be great, near the quayside.
The receptionist was a little unfriendly. Parking cost fifteen pounds, despite signs showing ten pounds. My room got very warm.

The hotel had amazing attention to detail throughout. Rooms are decorated beautifully. I had a suite and it included a complimentary mini bar.
I found my room was unclean. There was period blood and pubes on the toilet seat. I noticed thick dust on furniture tops and dry mud and wood under desk.
