The room was very modern and clean. The staff was friendly. I found the location to be great, near the quayside.
The receptionist was a little unfriendly. Parking cost fifteen pounds, despite signs showing ten pounds. My room got very warm.

The hotel had amazing attention to detail throughout. Rooms are decorated beautifully. I had a suite and it included a complimentary mini bar.
I found my room was unclean. There was period blood and pubes on the toilet seat. I noticed thick dust on furniture tops and dry mud and wood under desk.
